A debauched nobleman, a purveyor of pulchritude, or simply a man with who wears too much jewelry and not nearly enough of anything else, the Sleazy Merchant is a perfect NPC to hire or be robbed by the players – he’s also absolutely the kind of guy who’ll hire guards who fall asleep on the job.
